Advice centers for recruitment and onboarding. Access to international talents for small businesses too. Language and integration services and support to ensure skilled workers stay. Please take more account of the reality of small businesses. Practical solutions that also help companies without large HR departments.
In all, a successful attempt to stimulate the debate about what Berlin should look like in future. l like the ideas made on mobility and innovation. When it comes to transportation, Berlin still tends to think too small, too slow, and too little. Other cities are passing by! Focusing on start-ups and science is crucial—we're unlikely to attract big industry (despite Tesla!!!).
